📌 Position: Lead HVAC Installer

💰 Pay Range: $30–$40/hr (includes base pay, commissions, and tips)

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a HVAC Installer, you’ll take ownership of residential and light commercial system installations—ensuring quality, efficiency, and professionalism on every job. You’ll also mentor and lead Install Helpers, helping them grow while keeping projects on schedule and up to standard.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • EPA certification and 3–4+ years of HVAC installation experience

  • Solid track record of reliability and quality work

  • Leadership experience or ability to manage/mentor a small team

  • Great attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Friendly, professional communication skills

  • Ambition to grow faster than in traditional HVAC environments

  • NATE certification and ServiceTitan experience are a plus, not required
